"Desera" Dragon Design

The Desera is a dragon that lives in the Sub Saharan sands. Inspired by lions, camels, and bats. The blue amulet on its head glows and radiates energy from within the dragon's soul. The Desera dragon can cast out illusions and ghostly figures. Legend has it that desert oases/mirages are caused by this beast.
