First 3D Animation Project- "Return of the Ghost"

Created in 2018 with Maya as part of an Intro to 3D Animation assignment. 3D short film and rendered shots.

Story:
A long time ago, a witch used to live in the house and had a magical bat as a pet/ assistant. Then one day, her experiment with a spell went wrong and she disappeared. Even though the witch has been gone for years, the bat remains loyal and protects the house from ghosts that now try to inhabit it. In this film, the ghost of a young girl who got lost in the forest tries to go into the house and is then chased out by the bat's magic. When she tries to escape, the bat uses its powers to bring her back and make her vanish. But to its surprise, she keeps coming back!

This was my final project for Animation 253T and had a limit of 1min 30sec, so it was hard trying to fit in a story within that frame. However, I think it came out great for being my first try at 3D animation :)
